To attract shoppers this Christmas, Marina Square shopping mall set up an "Augmented Reality" display at its Central Atrium (from now till 25-Dec-13).  To see special animations, you need to download a free app into your camera phone or tablet.  Both iOS and Android apps are available from their respective online stores.

Select the marker at the bottom right before you point the app's camera at the object and you will see something extra appearing in your phone/tablet.  You can get someone to pose next to this animation, hence the word "Augmented Reality" [real-world environment augmented (supplemented) by computer-generated graphics].

You do not need to download the app to see (and pose next to) the polar bears though.  Have fun !!
